Shanghai Restaurant in Cameron Park was a very good Chinese style restaurant, but it was sold and became Mr Ma's Kitchen. That restaurant was closed recently. A sign on the door indicated that a restaurant called China House will be opening soon.
Shanghai restaurant recently changed owners and is now called Mr.Ma's. The servers are friendly and we were promptly seated. This is the BEST Chinese food I have ever had. Everything is beautifully plated and the taste is amazing. The potstickers were perfectly crispy and tender. The cheese wontons were our favorite part, light and crispy! The sesame chicken and general chicken are lightly breaded and flavorful. We will never go to another Chinese restaurant again.

This restaurant is now called Mr. Ma's. Old owners of Shanghai retired. Food was great!! Will definitely go back again. I will post pictures next time
Nice surprise! Fresh, tasty Chinese food at a fair price. Lunch special includes entree, bowl of soup, fried wonton and rice/fried rice. You can substitute chow mein for $2 extra. Portions are good, staff is friendly.

This is our go to locally for Chinese. The fried rice is solid, and we like chow mein, the general chicken, hot and sour soup. They are quick to make your order.
